KASA is a homegrown brand offering hand-poured soy candles and, soon, thoughtfully designed home décor. All our products are made with care, and we strive to provide the highest quality and service.

2. Orders & Payment

 

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Orders must be paid in full before they are processed.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of payment issues or stock limitations.

3. Shipping

 

We currently ship across India.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

KASA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

 

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

 

We put great care into crafting and packaging each candle. However, if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We currently do not offer refunds on used or opened products.

Refunds are only applicable in the case of:

Products received in damaged or defective conditionIncorrect items sent

 

To be eligible for a refund:

 

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Email us at kasadecors@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

We currently do not accept exchanges for reasons of scent preference or change of mind.

In special cases, if an exchange is approved, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Product Care & Disclaimer

 

Please follow the candle care instructions provided with your purchase for safe and optimal use.

As each candle is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance intensity may occur — this is part of their unique charm, not a defect.Keep products away from flammable objects, pets, and children.

All content on our website and social media, including product designs, photos, logos, and text, is the property of KASA. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
