REFUND POLICY

We currently do not offer refunds on used or opened products.

 

Refunds are only applicable in the case of:

 

1. Products received in damaged or defective condition

2. Incorrect items sent

To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Email us at kasadecors@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

 

Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
